When the air conditioner is supplied by the customer, the appliance's warranty remains exclusively with the seller or supplier from whom the appliance was purchased. In this case, ClimaCool Sàrl is not responsible for the equipment warranty.
However, if your air conditioner is a brand also distributed by ClimaCool, we can, where possible, assist you with warranty procedures with the manufacturer or supplier, when the problem is not related to the installation. Of course, our installation remains guaranteed in accordance with the services provided by ClimaCool Sàrl.
