Warranty:

2-year warranty against all installation defects and manufacturing flaws.

Delivery time:

  • The intervention period will be agreed upon receipt of the first down payment.
  • In case of purchase of a device only (without installation), delivery is free throughout Switzerland and carried out at your convenience, according to your availability.

Installation requirements:

  • This installation is offered turnkey: all the elements necessary for setting up the system are included in our offer.
  • The price includes standard refrigeration piping up to 2 meters.
  • Any additional piping beyond 2 meters will be charged extra.

Power supply:

Regarding electricity, you will simply need to provide a power outlet for the device.

Condensate drainage:

  • Water flows from the indoor unit during operation.
  • It is therefore necessary to provide for condensate drainage, for example to the outside near the outdoor unit if possible.
  • Otherwise, another drainage solution can be considered.
